We trust you will enjoy your hunt and stay, but want everyone to know what to expect once you arrive.
Liability Release
Each hunter/guest will sign a VISITOR RELEASE AGREEMENT (Release, Indemnity and Assumption of Risks) prior to entering the facilities.
License Requirements
It is the responsibility of the hunter to know and understand the game laws of the State of Texas. The hunter will not be allowed to hunt without the proper license. We recommend that you visit the Texas Parks & Wildlife website to insure that you have the proper license prior to arriving.
Hunter & Weapon Readiness
Practicing "real life" shooting conditions, such as prone or kneeling positions, will greatly enhance your hunt success. Additionally, we require that you recheck the accuracy of your weapon upon arrival at our facilities.
Alcohol
Although we do not furnish alcoholic beverages, you may BYO. However, for safety reasons consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden before or during the actual hunt.
Game Harvesting
Our guides will make every reasonable effort to ensure a successful hunt. However, due to various factors involved in a given hunt beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a kill.
Wounded Animals
We strictly enforce a “wounded animal policy”; meaning that if an animal is wounded, but non-recoverable, it is considered a “kill” to the hunter.
Guests
We welcome and encourage non-hunting guests to accompany hunters. Guest fee is $125.00 per night, includes lodging and meals.
Refunds
Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason requested.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included within the basic hunt price. Our staff strives to meet or exceed your expectations on every hunt. Both guides and cook greatly appreciate recognition for their efforts through an appropriate gratuity/tip.
